•  Fall 2009 TYSL Scheduling Policy &  Timelines
• NO RESCHEDULING allowed for TYSL or TSC once the final schedule is  set.
• Scheduling Calendar:
• August 11 Overall Scheduling Template Released
• August 16 First Schedule Released
• August 23 Deadline for Schedule Change Request  BOTH teams must  agree
• August 30 Final Schedule Released“ no more rescheduling  allowed
• A scheduling template will be released before August 11 to TYSL coaches  for feedback.  This template will show when age group will play on weeknight. Examples:  7G will play on Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Each team will play only 1 game during each week, and 1 game each weekend, except for  age groups with odd-number teams (1 to 2 teams affected).
• A  preliminary schedule will be posted online August 16.  You will have until August 23 to request schedule  changes (may or may not be approved).  This is for  you to uncover all the scout/school/ church conflicts for your team.  This must be August 30,  after then no rescheduling requests will be considered, except for games canceled by league or referee or referee no-show.ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
• IMPORTANT (during August  16-23 ONLY):  Before submitting an online Rescheduling Form (www.tysl.org), please contact the opposing coach and make sure you both agree on two possible dates, times, and fields. You can confirm field availability by checking the online schedule.  Once you have agreed on two available alternate dates, go to the website, click on the scheduling tab then click on rescheduling form, complete and submit.
• Games  canceled by referee MAY be rescheduled, by following the instructions above.  Do not reschedule the game with the referee.
• Coaches  cannot cancel a game! For referee no-show and no one from either team volunteers to referee, follow  instructions above to request rescheduling.
